How to file a complaint
Patients and caregivers have the right to voice their complaints and/or
recommendations on services to the pharmacy. Infirmary Health Specialty
and Home Infusion Pharmacy has a formal complaint procedure that makes
sure your concerns and/or grievances are reviewed and addressed in a timely
manner. Within five calendar days of receiving your complaint, the pharmacy
will provide you with an update. Every effort will be made to resolve
all complaints within 14 days. You will be informed in writing of the
resolution of your complaint.
