What Is the Hiring Process Like?

You may be required to participate in several interviewing processes so that a good fit for you and Infirmary Health can be assessed. Once the interviewing process is complete, a hiring decision will be made. Please be aware that a permanent Alabama RN License and a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required.

What Is Your Nurse Residency Program?

The nurse residency program is a paid 12-month program that consists of a 10 - 12-week comprehensive orientation component followed by monthly continued education. Participants will obtain acute care nursing experience, as well as becoming familiar with Infirmary Health’s nursing goals, policies, procedures, and protocols to assist them in providing quality and safe care for our patients.
