Junior Volunteer Program Application
The Thomas Hospital Auxiliary is seeking students to participate in their junior volunteer program this summer.
This opportunity is offered to high school students between the ages 14 to 17 with at least a 3.0 grade point average who have an interest in volunteering at Thomas Hospital. The goals of the program are to help students explore possible healthcare careers and provide service to the community. Accepted participants are asked to complete a health screening, attend an orientation class, and volunteer one four-hour shift for at least four weeks between June 1 and July 24.
Online applications must be completed, and all required documentation must be submitted by THURSDAY, APRIL 2. Applications will not be accepted after this date. The number of openings for this program is limited; therefore, students are strongly encouraged to apply early. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
