Rehabilitation Specialists – Infirmary Health, Mobile AL

Rehabilitation Specialists provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services. The team provides care to patients across the rehabilitation medicine spectrum including musculoskeletal joint pain, stroke management, spinal cord management, cancer rehabilitation, and amputee care. Physicians are both physical medicine and rehabilitation residency trained providing both inpatient and outpatient services. The primary aim is to improve and maximize the health of patients allowing them to get back to daily activities from playing tennis to improving function for stroke patients suffering from spasticity. The team directs and coordinates care with physical, occupational, and speech therapy services that patients may require and make recommendations on any prosthetics or orthotics necessary.
