Rehabilitation Specialists – Infirmary Health, Mobile AL

Rehabilitation Specialists provide comprehensive treatment for various conditions, including musculoskeletal joint pain, stroke management, spinal cord management, cancer rehabilitation and amputee care.

Our physicians are physical medicine and rehabilitation residency trained, providing both inpatient and outpatient services. The team directs and coordinates care with physical, occupational and speech therapy services and makes recommendations on any prosthetics or orthotics necessary.

In addition to our new outpatient services, our physicians manage the care of inpatients at the J.L. Bedsole/Rotary Rehabilitation Hospital, the only CARF accredited rehabilitation hospital in Mobile Count, as well as Colony Rehabilitation Hospital at Thomas Hospital.

Our clinic is conveniently located in the Professional Office Building adjacent to Mobile Infirmary. We offer a variety of services and are accepting new patient referrals. Please call for appointments.

Ankit Gulati, M.D. 

Dr. Ankit Gulati, physical medicine and rehabilitation, received his medical school training at the University of South Alabama, completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C., and then fulfilled his internship at Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. Dr. Gulati is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and also serves as the Medical Dirctor of J.L. Bedsole/Rotary Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Infirmary Health. 


Matthew Hasley, D.O. 

Dr. Matthew Hasley, physical medicine and rehabilitation, earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Georgia Campus and completed his residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas.
