Dr. Cassie Burns, Infirmary Medical Clinic’s Board Certified Interventional Pain Management, is a physician with special training in evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of pain. The broad variety of treatments available to treat pain is growing rapidly and increasing in complexity.

As this field of medicine continues to grow and specialize, Dr. Burns has in-depth knowledge and training on the physiology of pain. As a Pain Management specialist, Dr. Burns uses the appropriate prescription of medications and procedures along with the newest interventional techniques to treat various types of pain. With an increasing number of newer and more complex medications, techniques and technologies becoming available every year for treatment of pain, Dr. Burns is uniquely trained and constantly learning to provide her patient's relief of pain and a chance to regain their lives.
