Services at this location
- Mental Health Day Programs - Clients are treated daily, Monday through Friday, over the course of approximately four weeks. Treatment consists primarily of group therapy with individual therapy. Family or couples therapy sessions are also offered. Participants gain greater understanding of themselves and others, learn effective skills for distress tolerance, improve communication skills, and improve wise mind skills for treatment of mood disorders, personality disorders, and/or substance use disorders. Clients are also seen by a psychiatric medication provider once per week while in treatment.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) - Clients attend treatment six hours per day, Monday - Friday. Treatment typically consists of 28 sessions of group therapy and 2 sessions of individual therapy per week. Individual therapy sessions can be used as family or couples therapy sessions per client request. The added structure and content of PHP is especially helpful for clients at increased risk of psychiatric hospitalization or when stepping down from a higher level of care such as a residential or psychiatric hospitalization setting. Typically, a client may be in a PHP level of care for approximately two weeks before transitioning to the IOP program. Some clients may choose to maintain this level of care through a treatment course as well.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Clients attend treatment three hours per day, Monday – Friday. Treatment typically consists of 14 sessions of group therapy and 1 session of individual therapy per week. Individual therapy sessions can be used as family or couples therapy sessions per client request. Some clients may choose this level of care for their treatment course and others may use this as a “step-down” from a PHP level of care.
- Outpatient mental health therapy - Outpatient mental health therapy uses treatment and intervention, typically within hour long sessions, to address an individual’s mental health concerns. Therapy empowers participants to overcome life problems by building skills and resources unique to each individual. We encourage clients to follow-up with their established outpatient providers when they complete treatment. Our mental health therapists are available to provide outpatient treatment for clients when they complete IOP or PHP to continue on their healing journey if needed.
