Mobile, Ala. – Infirmary Health proudly announces that Andrea Rosler, Vice President of Human Resources, has been recognized for the second consecutive year by Becker's Healthcare as one of the 2026 Hospital and Health System CHROs and Chief People Officers to Know.
Rosler, who assumed her current role in March 2025, brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience across several major Alabama health systems. She provides strategic oversight of human resources operations, with a focus on workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Throughout her career, Rosler has led complex system integrations, including the alignment of human resources functions across more than 15 hospitals. She has also implemented human resources business partner models that enhance employee engagement and improve responsiveness across organizations.
Rosler is also recognized for modernizing human resources operations through the adoption of innovative technologies, including talent management and benefits platforms. Her work in developing competitive compensation and benefits strategies has played a key role in improving employee retention and overall satisfaction.
