Medical Interests Areas of Interest:

Dr. Harrison is a member of the Medical Executive and Credentialing committees at Mobile Infirmary. When the COVID-19 pandemic began impacting our community in March of 2020, Dr. Harrison became a leader on the DMC COVID-19 task force. She led the charge in developing testing procedures and safety protocols as well as the establishment of DMC’s respiratory evaluation centers in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. The respiratory evaluation centers provided targeted medical care for COVID-19 positive patients which allowed them to recuperate in their homes. These evaluation centers have maintained and evolved and are still operating as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic as a community.

Because of the role she played in providing support for our community and Mobile’s first responders, she received the outstanding citizenship award from Mayor Sandy Stimpson in the Spring of 2021.
